After a pleasant walk along the Giudecca waterfront, guests will be welcomed into Chef Rosa’s cozy and colorful home, where an authentic Italian cooking experience begins.
In a warm and convivial atmosphere, participants will actively take part in preparing some of the most iconic dishes of Italian cuisine. Following a welcome drink, the class will focus on homemade fresh pasta, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, gnocchi, or ravioli, learning the techniques to knead and roll the dough to perfection.
The pasta will then be paired with a delicious fresh tomato sauce, simple yet full of flavor. Guests will also take part in the preparation of a creative fruit and vegetable dish, a signature recipe of the chef, known for its vibrant colors and imaginative combinations. To finish on a sweet note, each participant will prepare a traditional Italian dessert, such as tiramisu or gelato.
At the end of the class, guests will sit down together to enjoy the dishes they have prepared, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee, for a relaxed and convivial final moment.
