EJ · Fresh Pasta Cooking Lesson

Upon arrival in St. Mark’s Square, you will be accompanied to the typical fruit and fish market of Rialto, held every morning in the heart of the city. The Rialto markets are among the most picturesque areas of Venice and are definitely worth a visit. Here, you can still breathe in the authentic Venetian atmosphere.

After a pleasant stroll through the market stalls, you will head to the chef’s home for a unique and exclusive culinary experience — a 4-hour hands-on cooking class, full of flavor and fun.

You will be welcomed with a small aperitif; then, under the guidance of a professional chef, you will learn how to prepare two different types of fresh pasta dough: one for long pasta like fettuccine or spaghettoni, and one for stuffed pasta. The chef will introduce you to around 12 different pasta shapes, and you’ll be free to choose your favorites to make.

You’ll also prepare the sauces for your pasta dishes, the fillings for your stuffed pasta and a delicious dessert to complete the meal.

At the end of the class, you'll sit down to enjoy everything you’ve prepared, accompanied by quality wine, water, and coffee.
