Upon arrival, you will be immersed in the authentic atmosphere of a modern winery estate, located on the scenic slopes between Monte Porzio Catone and Frascati. The estate overlooks Rome and sits on unique volcanic soil - rich in minerals since the eruptions of 500,000 years ago - which gives these wines their distinctive character. An experience which involves all the senses and stimulates the palate into three main moments. Starting with a guided tour of the sustainable main structure, including the explanation of the production processes and the visit of the barrel cellar and its ancient caves are still used today for the winery’s most exclusive creations. Finally, a sensory journey featuring a selection of local wines. The tasting is paired with authentic regional flavors: mixed cold cuts and selected cheeses, traditional "Panzanella," Frittata or savory rustic pies, and "Ciambelline al vino" (wine cookies) from their own bakery, served with their extra-virgin olive oil (subject to availability) and selection of pizza and bread from their own bakery.

You will visit the production area, the barrel cellar, where exclusive wines are still aged today. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of estate wines paired with a selection of local specialties (please note this is a tasting experience, not a full lunch).
