Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not reached, tour/activity will be cancelled. Guests will be proposed to book another tour/activity still available on the same date or on another date. If guests do not wish to book an alternative tour/activity, M.E.G. Italia S.r.l. will refund the entire amount of the cancelled tour/activity.

Cancellation policy
- Guest may cancel bookings with no penalty within 2 weeks prior to start date of each wave. Cost of any ticket purchased (for the tours in which tickets are necessary) will be deducted from the amount refunded. If cancelled afterwards, the tour/activity will be charged in full.
Attrition policy
- Guests may change their booked tour/activity to an alternative tour/activity within 2 weeks prior to start date of each wave by cancelling the existing booked tour/activity and rebooking the alternative preferred available online tour/activity. Cost of any ticket purchased (for the tours in which tickets are necessary) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Changes/cancellations after above date will be charged in full and no refunds will be possible.
Waiting List
In the case a tour is sold out it is possible to be waitlisted by sending an email at reservations@i2travelmeg.com . A communication will be sent if the requested tour/activity clears out.
