• Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not reached, tour/activity will be cancelled.
• For the Rome tour with visit of the Colosseum, access is subject to definite confirmation from the Colosseum management.
• Guests will be proposed to book another tour/activity still available on the same date or on another date. If guests do not wish to book an alternative tour/activity, M.E.G. Italia S.r.l. will refund the entire amount of the cancelled tour/activity.
Booking Deadline
- Tour/activity bookings deadline for as follows:
- Wave #1: June 6th, 2024
- Wave #2: June 12th, 2024
- Wave #3: June 18th, 2024
- Wave #4: June 24th, 2024
- Wave #5: June 30th, 2024
NOTE: always check the website as above date is flexible depending on booking trend.
Cancellation policy
- Guest may cancel bookings with no penalty within 2 weeks prior to start date of each wave. 4,5% credit card fee and cost of any ticket purchased (for tours where tickets are necessary such as train tickets and/or museums entrance tickets), will be deducted from the amount refunded. If cancelled afterwards, the tour/activity will be charged in full.
Attrition policy
- Guests may change their booked tour/activity to an alternative tour/activity within 2 weeks prior to start date of each wave by cancelling the existing booked tour/activity and rebooking the alternative preferred available online tour/activity. 4,5% credit card fee and cost of any ticket purchased (for tours where tickets are necessary such as train tickets and/or museums entrance tickets), will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Changes/cancellations after above date will be charged in full and no refunds will be possible.
Waiting List
In the case a tour is sold out it is possible to be waitlisted by sending an email at reservations@i2travelmeg.com . A communication will be sent if the requested tour/activity clears out.
Children policy for all tours/activities
- From 0 to 3 years old included: children accompanying their parents will be free of charge for attending a tour/activity. Concerning transportation European Union regulation states that infant/children until 2 years old must sit in the back rows next to a person who has at least 16 years old while children from 3 years onwards must use seat belts if present on the vehicle. All infants/children need to be registered in the participants list during checkout as count for both seating transportation capacity and restaurant capacity. Children will be served a children menu unless the parents will bring the necessary.
- From 4 to 12 years old included: children accompanying their parents will be paying a 15% discount rate for attending a tour/activity.
- From 13 years onwards: same rate and conditions as for adults.
