Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not reached, tour/activity will be cancelled. Guests will be given the option to book another available tour/activity on the same date or on another date. If guests do not wish to book an alternative tour/activity, M.E.G. Italia S.r.l. will refund the entire amount of the cancelled tour/activity.

Cancellation policy
- Guest may cancel bookings with no penalty until February 15th, 2024. 4,5% credit card fee and cost of any ticket purchased (for the tours where tickets are necessary) will be deducted from the amount refunded. If cancelled after this date, the tour/activity will be charged in full.
Attrition policy
- Guests may change their booked tour/activity to an alternative tour/activity until February 15th, 2024 by cancelling the existing reservation and rebooking the alternative preferred available online tour/activity. 4,5% credit card fee and cost of any ticket purchased (for the tours in which tickets are necessary) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Changes/cancellations after above date will be charged in full and no refunds will be possible.
Waiting List
If a tour is sold out it is possible to be waitlisted by sending an email at reservations@i2travelmeg.com . A communication will be sent if the requested tour/activity clears out.
